Update development plans
Good news! The first detailed development plan for the redevelopment of the Food Center Amsterdam site has now been declared irrevocable by the Council of State. This means the redevelopment of the business park can truly begin. The first companies currently located where future housing will be built now have clarity about new, sustainable buildings where they can continue their operations.
Preparatory demolition work for the residential area is progressing well. Additionally, all applications for environmental permits for the housing, also known as Development Plan 3 (UP3), have been submitted. This marks a wonderful and important step toward the full transformation of the area.
