Status of demolition and construction
Unfortunately, no concrete information is yet available about the sale or rent of homes. We are awaiting the formal procedures and expect to be able to tell you more in 2025. In the meantime, however, all sorts of things are already happening on the site.
The northern entrance for business owners has been temporarily relocated. On Jan van Galenstraat, most of the buildings have been demolished and the 17 lime trees have been transplanted to make the site ready for building. The lime trees have been replanted in Business Park Amsterdam Osdorp. Furthermore, the accessibility of the Central Market Hall was addressed.
